I see way too many shops bogged down in either/or battles of "its 1980s or
its 2020s. Nothing in between." That strikes me as just head-in-the-sand
responses to real world realities. Big shops with hundreds of users can
not swivel on a snap decision made by some guy going to one convention and
being awed by the atmosphere.
