A year or so ago I ordered the cumulative and all of the group PTFs on
physical media and ended up with around 40 DVDs for 7.1
"Look at V7R1. The cumulative is not 11 DVDs long (last time I checked 3,
but it could have grown since), yet all the groups included with the
cumulative is 11 (or more by now) DVD images. Clearly the cumulative does
not contain everything. Look at what's available for V5R4 and V6R1, same
answer. When you order the "all Groups" PTF (ie: SF99731) IBM compresses
out all the duplicate PTFs so you only get each one once, compare that size
to the cumulative."
