Ok,
1) You know if you have just 1 OS in this system?
2) You can use HMC to check how many active CPUs are turned on. Just select the chekbox next to your system name and go to Properties and then Processor tab
(Sorry, spanish HMC)
Installed means ALL cores/cpus in sockets
Configurable: Turned on
Assigned: In used by partitions
3) Close this window and click on the server name link. You'll see CPU and Memory on each LPAR
