The QAPMCONF file in Collection Services captures quite a bit of
information about every partition, including Number of Installed
Processors, On Demand, Virtual Processors, and Processor Units, and Shared
Processor Pool characteristics. It's very easy to view the QAPMCONF file
with the Performance Data Investigator.
