Would another option to be to go with .html, not .pdf?  I've found that 
to work well on a couple of occasions

You can even go the extra step and set up a server on the i and publish 
their reports on an Intranet site.  That provides an extra level of 
service that might be appreciated, and once set up, provide an easily 
expanded solution.
