RPG can't create an index or DDS file to use instead of the F spec file.
But it doesn't matter whether you specify a physical file or a logical file
or an index in the F-Specs.

What about using an SQL Index or DDS described logical file without
the fields to be replaced with the default values in the F-Specs with
native I/O?
