This is a VERY common complaint! The better business partners have this all over their CMS systems because this is 'easy money' for them if they do it right. Maybe not a lot of money but easy. The poor business partners mess this up (and often hand the customers over to a better partner in the process :-) )

I know Brad is and I think you are also on the developer program. There you are kinda stuck in a gray area with no BP to help.

I agree on the electronic bits why would they not want to make it easy to take your money. Baffling.

That, and the fact that there isn't a simple way to to get an electronic invoice and pay online with a credit card makes me wonder sometimes about their push for a "Smarter Planet"....
