Just check for cwbcore.dll. If you're on 64-bit Windows and you find one
in C:\Windows\System32, you have the 64-bit install. Well, to be even more
thorough %SystemRoot%\System32 :)

Subject: Re: Way to programmatically determine whether 32-bit or 64-bit
Client Access is installed?

Thanks Jack!

I found several data transfer related executables, and they are 64-bit
on
my laptop, but I would be surprised if the CSR workstations were setup
with
the data transfer option selected. I seem to recall that the "Data
Access"
feature is, by default, not selected, and our CSRs would have no reason
to
use this feature, so I'm thinking I won't be able to test this.

In case anyone is wondering, it appears that all of the executables
(other
than the data transfer related executables) on my 64-bit install are
32-bit.

I noticed that I have the "Shared64" folder in my "Client Access"
folder.
Can anyone verify that this does not exist on a 32-bit install and/or
that
it will exist on a bare-bones 64-bit install?
