I found several data transfer related executables, and they are 64-bit on
my laptop, but I would be surprised if the CSR workstations were setup with
the data transfer option selected. I seem to recall that the "Data Access"
feature is, by default, not selected, and our CSRs would have no reason to
use this feature, so I'm thinking I won't be able to test this.

In case anyone is wondering, it appears that all of the executables (other
than the data transfer related executables) on my 64-bit install are 32-bit.

I noticed that I have the "Shared64" folder in my "Client Access" folder.
Can anyone verify that this does not exist on a 32-bit install and/or that
it will exist on a bare-bones 64-bit install?

Figure out the path/filename of the 64-bit driver and look for it. If it's
there, 64-bit. If not, 32-bit.
