I am trying to use one of the REGEXP_XXX functions in DB2 at IBM i v7.1. Infocenter says I need International Components for Unicode installed, that is IBM i option 39. As far as I can tell it is installed. I see the QICU library, and Display Installed Licensed products includes that option.

BUT, SQL reports that it can't find REGEXP_XXX, no matter which one I use.

AND I can't find them in SYSROUTINES.

Has anyone successfully used these functions, and can help me find the secret sauce?
