That's so many releases ago that I'm sure there are risks besides the
obvious ANZOBJCVN issues. Any number of things including:
- imbedded OV/400 stuff
- all the show stopping changes to CPYTOIMPF and CPYFRMIMPF
- hardware no longer supported like numerous tape drives, optical juke
boxes, fax equipment, IXS cards
- perhaps even little things like does MMDDYY * 10000.01 = YYMMDD generate
an error now?
- back and forth rules when someone uses 'SELECT * into :ExtDS'
That's a lot of Memo To Users to catch up on.

One problem when you get so far behind is that many people start to forget
the pains from intermediate upgrades and just remember a few huge ones
(like ANZOBJCVN).
