SQL/CLI appears to be a standardized specification for SQL to be
embedded in a host programming language. Presumably several
programming languages are SQL/CLI-compliant.
Do you really think that Mohammad was talking about SQL CLI? I don't. I
think he was talking about SQL PL. There are relevant differences between
the two. You said I was giving Mohammad a hard time about his terminology.
I don't know how you would see it that way. I was just trying to clarify
what he was talking about so there wouldn't be any confusion. If you think
he was talking about SQL CLI and I think he was talking about SQL PL,
that's the type of confusion that I was trying to resolve.
