Re: DNS failures - DNS down?

We had this here in germany some months (?) ago - more than 2 Million DNS
records for .DE domains were not available for about 18 hours.

As we also depend on some external records we have them in a little CL
script which can be run to add into local host table in case of emergency.

Can you manually ask for the IPs and add them to local host table?
