Thank you. Looks like SI49020 adds TLS 1.1 and 1.2 to the Web Admin GUI. I have downloaded it and about to start reading the cover letters.

We have our own openssl based tls stack that runs as far back as v5r4. It's
up to date with the latest algorithms. If you run into a dead end with ibm
we might be able to help. We use curl rather than httpapi but the tls
binding should be similar.
