I search IBM PTF cover letters for 6.1 for TLS 1.1 and got 30 hits.
However, most of them refer to a long ago PTF which added support for TLS
1.1 and 1.2 for the http admin client. Apparently this ptf is a prereq
for a lot of stuff.
I do not see dates on a ptf cover letter, nor on the APARs addressed by
that PTF so I can't tell you how long a particular ptf has been out.
I will tell you this, some of these PTF's are not on any cume.
