​You're describing a LAN attached printer...

Most printers these days are LAN attached. Twinax isn't even supported on
the new hardware.​

​remote OUTQ (aka LPD/LPR) isn't the only way to talk to a LAN attached
printer and in fact is the worst way to do so.
