Has anyone managed to install IBM i Access for Windows 7.1 on Win10 technical preview?

The installer first asks what language to use, then "Preparing to Install",
then InstallShield Wizard, which is "interrupted" by the following dialog:

IBM i Access for Windows 7.1 Installer Information
[! in a yellow triangle]
An update is required to continue with this install. Refer to the following
link for details and instructions.
www-03.ibm.com/systems/i/software/access/windows/casp.html
[OK]

The only mention of a required update applies to newer service packs, and
it is a Microsoft security update for which neither Win8.1 nor Win10 needs.
