Gmane.org should *NOT* send any mail to you. It's a READ ONLY resource.

Messages posted to the gmane.org news server will be sent to
midrange.com's mail server with your email address and processed as usual.

I got email from the GMane auto-authoriser. I think Ken has a very
tight email server for spam abatement reasons, and needed to add the
Gmane auto-authorise email sender to the white list.
