Attempting to use the CPY command on v5r4, and receive the following error:

TODIR('/QNTC/TX123F0A001/AppsQA/AS400/FoodDocs/Labs/') TOCCSID(*CALC)
REPLACE(*YES)
Function not supported by file system.
The error seems intermittent.
