There was a readme.html, but it did not contain extraction instructions.
Using mapped drives I was able to copy everything non savf related to another folder on the IFS.

Ideally I would look for the readme.txt file and follow those instructions. May also be a readme.html or some such thing. You didn't say if any of the ", pdf, html, etc." were entitled anything like 'readme'.

If an upgrade (IBM or 3rd party) supplies a single iso, containing savf,
pdf, html, etc. what is the easiest and quickest way to extract all
elements from the iso.
Most vendors would include a LODRUN, but for those who do not.
For the savf, I've been using CPYFRMSTMF to extract the savf to a library,
then rstlib from the savf.
