I think Tommy is under the impression that you ftp the image catalogs out
to each system.
Then, on the receiving system you do the ADDIMGCLGE and it defaults to
creating the second copy.

Have they changed the network install so they can be on separate boxes now
or does it still have to be some backplane virtual network?

I ftp to each system. Sure it takes more space but I have it to spare.
The copies run in the background so it's not like I'm sitting there
twiddling my thumbs. Also, if the IPL doesn't quite apply right and I
have to load/apply again they are on that system and I'm not stuck because
the 'serving' machine is now also down doing maintenance.
