Testing a program waiting on QUPSMSG.
I did have an AIX partition also. That one didn't fare so well. That
lpar runs TSM on AIX. From the TSM consultant when TSM wasn't working:

Rob, I think DB2 is hosed up causing TSM to hang. I would like to request
a reboot to clean everything up and start fresh. You can reboot at any
time.

Luckily the reboot of the AIX lpar and all was well.
