The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

I think a design change request to add omit directories, like /QSYS.LIB,
would be a great idea. You can submit that in two places that I know of.
One would be at IBM's Request for Design Change site at:
https://www-912.ibm.com/r_dir/ReqDesChange.nsf/Request_for_Design_Change?OpenForm
Another would be as a "requirement" you can enter at common.org, if you
are a member.
Vote early, vote often. :-) Do it at both.
