I already searched PTF cover letters at
http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/as4ptfhome
for SI54738. This would have found any PTF cover letters that listed this
PTF as Superseded. For example:
PTF#: SI44334 - IBM TCP/IP Connectivity Utilities for i
Licensed Program: 5770TC1
APAR Fixed: View details for APAR SE48980
Release: 7.1
Cumulative Level: C2115710
Superseded by: View fix details for PTF SI54738
Funny thing is, searching that site for SI54738 doesn't list SI54738!
I eventually found the cover letter for SI54738, and it's header does not
yet list a supersede.
