I took the liberty of changing SF54738 to SI54738. That helped the
searching a bit more.
First, look at Charles suggestion.
Then, WRKLNK '/tmp', use option 8 and ensure that
Restricted rename and unlink . . . . . : No
If yes, use 13=Change attribute to change it to No.
If that doesn't sound familiar, search the archives. I thought IBM was
thru changing this at every IPL to suit their whim.
