RSE as others have said, is a component of RDi. I use RSE for alot of what
I would use PDM for. I have not moved away 100% from PDM but maybe 80%.

RDi for me was well worth the cost with the tools it brings to the editors,
and the fact that the LPEX editor supports the new free form stuff, and SEU
is deprecated makes RDi the best choice for me.

1) What is RSE (Remote System Explorer)?
2) Is RSE a replacement for PDM?
3) Would RSE be another option to RDI?

As the programmers use more of the new features, the SEU syntax checking
frozen at 6.1 is becoming a bigger issue.
Again, looking for SEU replacement options.
RDI was tabled due to cost justification.
