Let me ask though, PLEASE:
1) No grousing about the 'imminent takeover of my shop by windows.'
As my mom would have said: "Quit your bitchin!"
2) No grousing about specific people or attitudes (i.e. 'My
Manager doesn't like....')

If either of these happen to be the big issue then phrase it as a
legitimate issue, whining and bitching won't be accepted!!
