It's 2013, now, Don... the world has changed. We now have something called "the Internet". (Google it, you'll find lots of info.)

IBM can reach far more people, far faster, and at less cost by posting the announcement on the Internet. It's the way things are expected to be done today.

Frankly, if you're not reading the announcements, I'm hard-pressed to see how the problem is IBM's fault rather than yours??
