The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
- Netstat *CNN doesn't show any connections to the 512 (or 515) local
ports.
- The user profile has quite a bit of authority though I tried QSECOFR
and got the same result.
- The Hosts table does have the system name and localhost defined
properly (hasn't changed for years).
- There are no port restrictions defined at all.
- In case it mattersŠ this is a V5R3 system. We are trying to get the
service up as part of our process of moving to a new 710.
- Auditing is not enabled (it is an isolated development system) so not
sure where to look for an authority problem.
