The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

The reason that I need to collect these 80-100 reports (which I can put in a separate folder, no doubt about it) is because each of them are data transmission that I am auditing. Each of them must be part of the documentation evidence (user testing) I need to collect and put aside. I used to do this every time where I can drag dozens and dozens of file to a folder on the desktop or anywhere and each file will have a filename and a number tied to it so it was unique and everything was done in a second. So, I am just trying to continue doing so, now with a higher OS and a higher client version level.
Seems like there additional configuration checkups I need to do though.

Peter Vidal

The comment from Michael about exporting the files is probably the best solution ....for one, it is not a practical thing to put 80-100 spool files on your desktop ....or any other actual file ....it should always be a shortcut or a folder shortcut from your desktop .....actual files on your desktop actually use physical memory of your pc ......get too many, and it slows things down
No matter what kind of file it is, it will always have to have a unique name ....so you can't just take everything in one big swoosh
Do your programmers have any pdf tools
....they could easily create pdf's and shove them in a folder for your use ....and they could take care of the naming convention for you
You shouldn't even be worrying about how to do this .....your programmers are there to make your life easier to do stuff
