That would find the duplicate spool files, but wouldn't tell us the job is
not there. In our case that likely would be the case and would find twice
as many as there are (one job still around and one gone). Maybe on those
that pass, could do a job check of some kind to find them.

I was really hoping for WRKSPLF JOB(*NONE) or maybe WRKSPLF JOB(*DETACHED)
and "the system" would just know which were attached and which were
detached.
