Potentially good news for independent JDE consultants [like me] and
third-party support companies like Spinnaker...
BTW, in most shops where I have worked, the techies do NOT have ultimate
control over the OS upgrades.
They make the recommendations, but the purchasing decisions are generally
controlled by the bean counters.
