Re: 01D IPL system restore (rstcfg question/issue)

If it's in use it should be skipped if it's using the same resource name.
You can always go back and fix it after the rest of the restore. Much
like DSP01 could be one model on one box and a different one on the other
box. You can even change the resource name in SST after it's done. Done
that a bazillion times.

Box A on 6.1, using LTO4 tape drive, 21 save completed.
Box B, will be on 6.1 based on Box A tape, LTO5 tape drive on new machine.
How should the RSTCFG portion be handled since the tape device will be in
use and from the old machine it would be of a different type.
