In my experience, the RDP users should be OK, but the constraint becomes the LAN connection for them. It almost has to be gigabit. CAD users, forget about it, it's too slow for the video.

OK, deployment of a new instance of a desk top taking about 30 seconds is a benefit, and restoring a broken user back to functional in the same 30 seconds is of some use.
