Check out their routing. CFGTCP, option 2. Compare that with what you
have at home. Perhaps instead of a router or a switch for their next hop
they put in that strange server?
I do not have any entries in CFGTCP, 5. Work with TCP/IP remote system
information. Perhaps they do, and it's misconfigured? I really do not
know what it is for.
