The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Is the person's machine compromised? Is the server that you are
connecting to yours, just the wrong one? Or is it someone else's?
Thanks

Re: Weirdest thing I've seen today (this time, FTP weirdness), and today's
had more than its share of weirdness.

Some weird NAT (Network Address Translation) going on? Have you checked
the
firewall?
I tried some random IP addresses: one that's one digit different; the
one I get by PINGing Google, and LOOPBACK.
LOOPBACK behaves as expected.
Everything else connects to the weird server, which at least looks like
it's running on a Unix or Linux box.
