I've written ftp exit point programs, but it's been awhile. Locking down
what directories they can use, what files they may access, what ftp
commands they can use is no big deal. It's saying that JOHN starts out in
/home/JOHN and SUE starts out in MYLIB that I can't remember if that's
possible. Restricting from only uploading or downloading from that is no
big deal. Getting them there in the first place. Setting their home
directory on their user profile is not the answer; if some are on the
qsys.lib file system and some are not.
