Not really... It simply gives you a list of profiles that fail its
validation test (password == profile name), and optionally allows for an
action to be performed on non-compliant accounts.
You could write this fairly easily yourself using the QSYGETPH api,
processing a list of *USRPRF objects, passing object name for both
profile and password fields. If you get CPF22E2 (Password not correct
for user profile &1.) then the profile is not using a default password.

This is for audit purpose where the auditor needs the screenshots of
mailinglist and not excel downloads.
