Not sure I understand what you are trying to do....

If you ORDER BY timestamp, how is that not what you want?

Perhaps some more details with example data would be useful to
understand what you are trying to accomplish...

In the meantime, consider wthat with any supported version of the OS,
you can use the CASE statement in the ORDER BY clause....
