A correction..

Option 2 doesn't work....at least not on our production v5r4 box.

There use to be a way to do this via FTP, but I just tried that and it
doesn't work either. I don't know if the OS was patched or if our
exit programs prevent it.

You could write this fairly easily yourself using the QSYGETPH api,
processing a list of *USRPRF objects, passing object name for both

for user profile &1.) then the profile is not using a default password.
