Only 3 of the drives light up. The one in the lower left does not light up.

The only paperwork that I received (that I can find) that appears to be
hardware related is the "KITTING REPORT" and that doesn't seem to have
anything related to what was actually delivered.
Here are some screen shots that I *believe* are what you and Lukas are
looking for and it appears one of the drives is in "operational" status:

Should use SST/DST and check for unconfigured units or open the box and
count drives. If your order did say 4 drives, you should have 4 drives.
