Check the archives. Jerry Adams had a post recently on the procedure to
clear the error via SST.

I had the same issue with our E4A and cleared it no problem. The exact
steps escape me right now but it's a piece of cake.

On another note, while plugging in the second power supply silenced the
system operator message warning that we only had one supply connected,
we still had, at least with the box powered down, a yellow front-panel
light showing. Any ideas on what it could be?
