Going into SST, don't let the boss do it as he is known for screwing up
passwords :)
Off the top of my head.
Start a Service Tool
Hardware Service Manager
Go into option 6
Determine the listed items are not problems any longer
Then you can acknowledge them with an F6 and your light will go out after
you hit Enter one more time.

Check the archives. Jerry Adams had a post recently on the procedure to
clear the error via SST.
I had the same issue with our E4A and cleared it no problem. The exact
steps escape me right now but it's a piece of cake.

It seems the power cables that came with the new box are the kind that
would plug into our failover switch, rather than the kind that plugs
into the wall or a UPS. And with dual redundant power supplies, it's the
one box we have that would gain little or no benefit from being plugged
into a failover switch.
On another note, while plugging in the second power supply silenced the
system operator message warning that we only had one supply connected,
we still had, at least with the box powered down, a yellow front-panel
light showing. Any ideas on what it could be?
