Rob,

All good info like the others, but no. There were no messages in
QSYSOPR. QINTER is running, and I can telnet on the console back to itself,
and the new device does come up in QINTER.

CRTDEVDSP is on the machine, and I can prompt the command.

- QINTER running or QBASE is not restricted if running QBASE as QCTLSBSD?
