Re: SSD Performance Quesiton - How Much Faster that Spinning SAS

IBM recently did a benchmark for a bank in regard the benefit of SSD in
their end of day and end of month processes to great result.


I look forward to reading the article. My daughter is a night-time computer operator for a bank. She and the bank would both benefit if she where able to get out of there before midnight. Maybe the extra cost of SSDs would be offset by employee time savings.
