IBM recently did a benchmark for a bank in regard the benefit of SSD in
their end of day and end of month processes to great result. IBM Systems
Magazine, IBM i edition is doing a story on it in the September magazine. It
has all the details and results and might be exactly the kind of information
you're looking for.
