To eliminate the possibility of confusion, don't allow _any_ positional parameters, CRTCMD MAXPOS(0)

Users have to either name the parameters or prompt (hopefully reading the prompts). If you keep the parameter names short, the extra typing isn't that bad.

UPDATEFOO SRC(FOO_TEST) TGT(FOO_PROD)
