Re: Is MC Press Spamming anyone else a LOT lately?

Been getting 2-3 emails from MC Press a day. This all started a couple
weeks ago.

The emails claim that I "opted in" to all of these emails. Funny, I
don't
remember that. And the email address that it's being sent to I never
use
to sign on to any sites.

To unsubscribe you actually have to go and "edit your account". But,
it's
sort of a trick since your email address is obviously harvested from
somewhere, so when you click "forgot password" it creates a NEW account
for you which in order to unsubscribe from the emails you have to fill
in
all of your contact information first.

To me, that's pretty shady. But, what can you do.. :)
