The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Check the mail router and if anything with that has changed.
Authentication is becoming more and more popular. so just start going
down the line starting with the mail router that is in use.
Also, what is being used to send the email? If it's the IBM SMTP server I
don't believe they've implemented authentication as an option yet.
If you figure it out and require software to send email using
authentication, let me know. My MAILTOOL software will help with this.

I don't understand why it's requiring authentication all of a sudden. I don't
see any configuration options to authenticate the User. The email is using an
email server running on a PC called Communigate Pro. The configuration of the
email server hasn't changed.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this running again?
