Rather than trying to keep a remote (GODADDY) MySQL DB in sync with your IBM i DB, have you considered just posting a hyperlink on your Web site that refers to your IBM i HTTP server? Hosting the application and data under your own server instead of outsourcing it?
Keeping two disparate databases on separate platforms in sync is always more work than one thinks.
